SKB / Monitor@Work How can organisations and employees get the best out of themselves and each other, even in times of turbulence? Where should time, money and resources be invested, so that health, attitude, stress and energy will be improved the most in a sustainable way? SKB provides answers to these questions and many, many others regarding the most essential element of the company: its people. How we work SKB provides the information organisations need to assess their current state and achievements, and to organise their work, processes and people for future performance. For this purpose, we develop questionnaires and design and perform surveys for organisations. We analyse the generated data and help interpret the results, relate them to Key Performance Indicators and formulate a plan of action. Who we are SKB is an independent research company, taking pride in producing information as objective as possible. By enabling organisations to empower and support their personnel, we aim to contribute to a sustainable, better performance by people and organisations alike.
